Hiking with kids

The best family hike has goals kids love: a stream for skimming stones, a lookout tower, a playground along the way or a hut for a snack. Rule of thumb: plan shorter and leave time for breaks.

High-rope parks

Many high-rope parks have special low-level kids' courses. Higher courses usually have a minimum height or age and require an accompanying adult – check the rules of each park.
